FAQ

Can I reserve the space all day?

Yes! The room is available as early as 7am and as late as 8pm. Our day rate is $390.

Can I bring my own food?

Yes you can. While we would love for you to enjoy our tasty food during your meeting, we understand that you may want to cater to something else. We simply ask that you be discreet with what you bring in. In the event of a large catering, we may ask you to bring in food from our back door so as to not disrupt the experience of our other guests.

Is the meeting room soundproof?

The space is not 100% sound proof and you’ll still be able to hear the low murmurs of the rest of the cafe from within the room. There is also a heavy curtain that can be drawn that also cuts down exterior noise quite a bit.

Can the rest of the cafe see into my meeting?

The room is visible to the rest of the cafe through a large glass window, but there is a thick, floor-to-ceiling curtain that can be drawn for complete privacy.

What is the technology like?

Can I cancel or change my reservation?

At the time of booking we collect a 50% deposit. This deposit is non-refundable since we’ll be turning away other bookings once we block off your reservation. In the event that you wish to cancel a booking, contact us at least 24 hours in advance at reservations@loyalcoffee.co or leave us a message at 719-235-5080 and we’ll be sure you are not charged for the remaining 50% due.
You may change the time or date of your reservation up to 24 hours in advance if the day/time you wish to change is available.
